Football Crazy - Blowing in the Wind
Did nobody think to advise
Bob Dylan that his European tour coincides with the three weeks during which many Europeans will be preoccupied with the European Nations Football Championships? He opens at the International Arena in Cardif, Wales on 18 June and the last night of the tour will be at Vilar de Mouros, Portugal on 18 July.
Perhaps he will drop in on the football (sorry, soccer) final which will be held in Lisbon, Portugal on 4 July and give a rendition of 'Blowing in the Wind'; what a way to celebrate freedom and democracy that would be. Those that prefer a more traditional
celebration with marching bands, can get details of the Independance Day parade from the
parade web site.
