International Kiteboarding Organization have announced The IKO Kiteboarding Instructor?s Challenge which is being organized for the first time in Cabarete, Dominican Republic, at the Viva Wyndham Tangerine.
The event will take place from the 8-12 September 2004 and it is the first gathering of IKO instructors from all over the world!
Sounds like an excuse for serious surf and party.
