In the UK, a new site from Steve Elliott
WatercolourWash.co.uk. Steve has crafted a very nice site which contains a freely available, structured course of lessons in painting watercolour landscapes.
From the US, in contrasting style
and with different spelling, Ellen Fountain offers tips, demos and "tricks" for painting with watercolor and watermedia on her site
