I noticed this advertised in
Blogger Buzz a
Bay Area Bloggers Meet-up. and thought what a good idea it is.
KRON4 television in San Francisco is hosting the event at noon on Saturday, June 11, 2005. Snacks will be served and they are also providing a little memento for attendees. The object is to provide an informal and intimate get-together; all Bay Area Bloggers are invited to meet and make new friends.
Evite has an RSVP function to ensure that they have enough snacks for everybody. I also note that DeviantArt are organizing a huge
convention of artists (art bloggers) from around the world, gathering in California, USA, June 17th to 18th;
evidence that increasingly, the virtual world is breaking free from the confines of the web.
