Make plans now to be in Hyde Park, London, UK July 2nd, or Berlin, Rome, Paris or the US, for the Live8 (Live Aid) concerts. More than 100,000 fans are likely to attend each concert venue and the event, which like its 80's predecessor is destined to be the concert of the decade, will also be televised.
Tickets for the LIVE 8 London concert in Hyde Park will be allocated in pairs via a text competition. The text number will be announced on the 6th June - via all UK radio stations and BBC Television and is
now available in ourMake music - Live8 Forum. Each entry will cost £1.50 plus the operator's standard text charge and their will be no limit on the number of entries an individual can make.
Winners will be notified by text message after the 13th June with details of how they can collect their tickets - either online or from collection points around the UK.
Tickets will not be required at the other venues, so if you don't get a London ticket, hop on Eurostar and go to Paris.
Timed to put pressure on world leaders at the G8 summit in Scotland, we will post information updates in the Make music - Live8 Forum.
