From August 13th to 21st, 2005 the world's best windsurfers and kiters will be competing in the
Stimorol Engadinwind at Lake Silvaplana,
Engadin, St. Moritz, Switzerland.
Lake Silvaplana webcamCompetititions kick off on August 13th with the legendary Engadine Surf marathon. Favourites for this event are Finian Maynard, the world's fastest man on the surfboard and the last year's winner and Micah Buzianis USA, the new men's Slalom World Champion.
The European Cup in the speed disciplines follows the marathon and the IFCA Freestyle World Championships will be held in the second half of the week.
A major favourite in the women's event is Karin Jaggi, Slalom World Champion, from Switzerland who dreams of winning her next World Championship title in her own country?
