With an over-active hurricane season and unusually warm weather, its hard to believe that Fall has come around again in the northern hemisphere; but it has and with it party-goers in all their festive finery are once more flocking to Florida's Key West for 10 days of wild, weird and wonderful merriment that is Fantasy Fest.
