The skies above Lake Geneva will be transformed into an aerobatic playground, when the 1st FAI World Hang Gliding and Paragliding Aerobatic Championship, is held on 18 - 27 August, 2006 at Villeneuve, Switzerland under the event name
Red Bull Vertigo.
This is the ninth year that Villeneuve has hosted the world's top aerobatic hang gliders and paragliders but this year will be the first time that they will be competing for world championship titles.
