The 2006 Great Dorset Steam Fair is set for Wednesday 30th August through Sunday 3rd September, 2006.
The show gets bigger and better each year, with around 200,000 people enjoying 2000 working exhibits, 200 working steam engines, 100 steam-driven fairground organs and 1000 barrels of beer, on the incredible 600-acre showground at Tarrant Hinton, near Blandford Forum, UK.

There are numerous attractions and demonstrations related to the great Age of Steam, including Rural Crafts, Dancing Shows, Old Time Steam Fun Fair and a packed Music Festival.
