Each spring since 1973, top international, Asian and local performers converge on Hong Kong for the Hong Kong Arts Festival . This year the festival offers a total of 150 performances plus 2 exhibitions from 24 February to 25 March 2007, which is the week after the start of the Chinese New Year celebrations
