Hats off to Jack Jones, 25, from London, UK, who has just set an extraordinary world record, running seven ultra marathons in seven days on seven continents. Each ultra marathon being 31 miles (50km).
He successfully completed ultra marathons in the Antarctic, Chile, Los Angeles, Sydney, Hong Kong, South Africa and finally London. All this on just six weeks of preparatory training.
