Galapagos Cruise Offer

The remote Galapagos Islands are famous for their amazing and unique wildlife. All Gap Adventures yachts, staff include a certified naturalist guide and the Galapagos cruises allow you to get closer to the wildlife than you would anywhere else in the world.
Galapagos Islands Offer To take advantage of a terrific offer from GAP Adventures, with savings of 20%, simply book a Galapagos cruise with them by October 12, 2009, quoting the special promo code Galapagos20 at the time of booking. Clearly terms and conditions apply and you need to check details with the supplier but I don't know of a better offer on the table that gives you the chance to enjoy a once in a lifetime cruise to the Galapagos. Great Turtle Race

I looked up Our Man in Hanoi who is now Our Man in Granada
and found that he has made an interesting post about the Great Turtle Race.

The turtle race starts in four days time from Costa Rica to the feeding grounds around the Galapagos Islands. You can pick a turtle, which are all tracked by satellite, and follow its progress. The idea of the race is to draw attention to the plight of the Leatherback Turtles which are in a race against time, to head off extinction.
